IT Technical Delivery Manager

As an IT Technical Delivery Manager you will take end-to-end ownership of technical projects in the DevOps/SRE space. Acting as the crucial link between our experts and our clients, you will safeguard a smooth and efficient delivery process.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Run DevOps/SRE deliveries from A to Z – you own the entire project life-cycle, from kick-off to successful handover.
  • Gather requirements, create estimates and craft proposals – you precisely capture client needs, prepare realistic effort estimates and turn them into compelling offers.
  • Break work down, set priorities and deadlines – you decompose complex initiatives into manageable tasks with clear priorities and timelines.
  • Plan and track DevOps engineers’ work – you coordinate the team, monitor progress and hold engineers accountable for their deliverables.
  • Oversee client communication (PL/ENG) – you maintain fluid dialogue with clients in both Polish and English, including rapid response and escalation management when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and PMs – as the technical delivery lead you take over projects, standardise and streamline them, working hand-in-hand with founders and other project managers.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes – you introduce new tools and practices that boost predictability and delivery speed.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Must-have: We want someone who combines deep technical insight with excellent management and communication skills.
  • Proven track record running technical projects, especially in DevOps, SRE or Cloud.
  • Strong project- and KPI-management skills – you are proactive and own what you take on.
  • Ability to estimate tasks and quote projects – you turn requirements into concrete timelines and budgets.
  • Solid technical grasp of Dev/DevOps/SRE/CI-CD/DevSecOps concepts, enabling effective leadership and engineer-level conversations (no coding required).
  • Comfortable communicating with technically savvy clients – from engineers to senior managers.
  • Very good spoken and written English (min. B2+).
  • Relevant certifications (cloud, Agile, DevOps, project management, etc.) are a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Polish

As an IT Sales Manager you will be the driving force behind expanding our client portfolio and boosting revenue. The role blends solid technical insight with first-class sales acumen.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Actively acquire new clients and nurture long-term business relationships.
  • Discover and analyse clients’ business needs, then match and showcase our IT, DevOps, SRE, DevSecOps and outsourcing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.

What we’re looking for:

Must-haves:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in IT services, especially DevOps, SRE, Cloud, IT outsourcing or technical consulting.
  • Deep understanding of the IT landscape, including DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, DevSecOps and Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) — you’ll be talking to technical decision-makers!
  • Documented success winning new clients and smashing ambitious sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; you build trust and lasting relationships at every organisational level.
  • Fluent spoken and written English for smooth business communication.
  • Clear grasp of IT outsourcing specifics and how to sell such services.
  • Proactive, self-driven and laser-focused on results.

 

Nice to have:

  • Certifications in sales management, ITIL, Agile or public clouds.

DevOps Engineer

You will:

  • Contributing to building and supporting development/test/integration environments
  • Documenting practices and procedures
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Automating development processes

We’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
  • Working knowledge with Azure / AWS services
  • Proficient in orchestrating Kubernetes clusters, with expertise in pod deployment, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible and Terraform
  • Experience with tools for monitoring, log aggregation, and visualization, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD Jenkins pipelines, GitHub Actions
  • Good scripting skills (Shell, Bash, Python)
  • Understanding of network protocols, including DNS, load balancing, and firewalls
  • Fluent in an English and Polish
